Inspection Service Packages

Standard

Certificate of Conformance (C of C) : Includes all standard C of C inspection documentation.
Certificate of Conformance (C of C) with combined First Article Inspection (FAI) : Includes all standard C of C inspection documentation, as well as a material accountability chart and dimensional overall characteristics chart.

Basic

Basic Inspection Services : Includes your choice of selected production stations for a secondary inspection, as well as Certificate of Conformance and First Article Inspection.
Basic Custom Inspection Services : Includes your choice of selected production stations for a secondary inspection, with customized criteria for inspection that is typically outside of Protocase’s acceptable tolerances, or criteria that is not included in the outbound inspection. This package also includes standard Certificate of Conformance and First Article Inspection.

Premium

Premium AS9102 Inspection Services : Includes the inspection and verification of all dimensions as per your 2D/3D drawing using CMM and other tools. Premium AS9102 Inspection Services includes complete AS9102 documentation, as well as accountability records. This package also includes standard Certificate of Conformance and First Article Inspection.
Premium AS9102 Custom Inspection Services : Includes your custom inspection requirements in addition to the current measurement standards and procedures of the Premium AS9102 Inspection Services package listed above. Premium AS9102 Custom Inspection Services includes complete AS9102 documentation, as well as accountability records. This package also includes standard Certificate of Conformance and First Article Inspection.
